Summer shows recap

We have had a wonderful summer filled with agricultural shows, attending the Balmoral, Devon, Royal Cornwall, Royal Norfolk, Royal Highland, Great Yorkshire and Royal Welsh Shows.
Thanks to the ongoing support of NFU Mutual, we have been able to meet nearly 500 hardworking farming families at breakfast receptions to share how our Farm Resilience and Farm for the Future programmes are supporting small family farms to survive and thrive across the UK.
NFU Mutual have generously been hosting breakfast receptions for The Royal Countryside Fund since 2018 to aid the recruitment of farmers to our vital programmes. The NFU Mutual Charitable Trust has also donated nearly £200,000 to The Royal Countryside Fund since 2020 to enable us to increase the help we provide to farm support groups across the UK.
We have also thoroughly enjoyed being involved in the M&S Select Farm awards, sponsoring the Family Farm Award at the Royal Highland and Royal Welsh shows.
We congratulate everyone involved in agricultural shows across the UK for another successful year of cattle parades, tractor displays, inspiring conversations and celebrating the heritage of the Great British countryside.
