Adam Henson
Adam was born into a farming family and studied agriculture at Seale-Hayne Agricultural College in Devon where he met his business partner, Duncan Andrews. Their 650 hectare livestock and arable tenanted farm runs alongside the Cotswold Farm Park which Adam’s father opened in 1971 as a result of his pioneering work with rare breed conservation.
“Growing up in the countryside, I have always been aware of the issues surrounding farming and those people living and working within rural communities. As such I have always admired the work of The [Royal] Countryside Fund, and more recently had the opportunity to meet some of the young beneficiaries through my work on BBC Countryfile. I am therefore delighted to become an ambassador for the [RCF], which provides invaluable grant and initiative funding each year to secure a future for our rural areas.”
